Damascus Romance

Pearl Decor Ottawa is so glad to finally be posting our Lead Designer’s dream wedding. Her one-of-a-kind fairy-tale wedding decor and design was created especially for her and her groom, who sought to recreate a wedding inspired by the beauty and romance of Damascus, where this couple’s love for one another bloomed.

The pair tied the knot at the Ottawa Turkish hall, and asked Photography by Emma, and Nadine’s Photography to photograph their special day. If your dream wedding decor consists of glamour, elegance, and romance, you’re sure to love this event. For starters, the circular dream-like canopy added the perfect touch of bliss, alongside the outstanding floral arrangements which dressed our bride’s venue and guest tables so elegantly. Walls of the Turkish Hall were fully draped and covered with white sheer fabric for a more whimsical and dreamy appeal. The magnificence and sophistication of our design and hard work of the Pearl Decor team had guests astonished as they walked in.

This very special bride had a vision that would remain truthful to her sense of style, and had unique ideas that our team at Pearl Decor fulfilled. The design included hanging crystals from the ceiling, a heavenly like entrance with gold and crystal candelabras leading the way, and a decorative dessert bar that matched the theme of the wedding. This wedding was an artistic creation designed for a bride who had a tasteful, romantic, and elegant vision for her big day.

When asked which word represented best her wedding day, she responded enthusiastically “It was…US!”
